Our book launch this April for the Authority Guides, held at the Waterstones in High Street Kensington, was another cracking good one! Steve Bustin, a returning Authority Guides author of Presenting and Public Speaking, celebrated his second Guide: PR for Small Businesses. Joining him were debuting authors: Sue Mitchell, Engaging Your People; Tim Johnson, Meaningful Success; and Palma Michel, Mindful Leadership.
After drinks and nibbles were served, publisher Sue Richardson (pictured above) introduced the authors, who each offered a few words about their books. Palma Michel even led a short mindfulness exercise with all those in the room. With the attendees relaxed, authors were able to mingle, signing books and taking pictures as mementoes of the occasion.
At the end of the day, it was a very successful event, many attendees going home with copies of the Guides to better their perspectives of the business world.
